  • Explore repository structure and integration test project configuration
  • Create .github/workflows/integration-tests.yml workflow with PostgreSQL service
  • Validate YAML syntax and configuration
  • Pass CodeQL security scan (added explicit permissions)
  • Verify PostgreSQL credentials match tests/Squid.IntegrationTests/appsettings.json
