Add UnitTests GitHub Actions workflow for Squid

  • Investigate CI failure in "Integration Tests and Unit Tests" workflow
  • Identify root cause: path traversal tests use ../../etc/passwd which resolves to /etc/passwd that always exists on Linux
  • Fix WriteAdditionalFiles_PathTraversal_Skipped to use unique GUID-based file path
  • Fix WriteAdditionalFiles_DotDotInSubdir_Skipped to use unique GUID-based file path
  • Fix WriteAdditionalFiles_AbsolutePath_Skipped to use unique GUID-based file path
  • Run validation
