Summary

Diagnostic-only commit. After J.L.E.7.3's allow_reuse_address fix, .sh exits 0 + writes SUCCESS — but the test's marker assertion still fails. Multiple hypotheses possible; need real Linux runner output.

Adds

  • WaitForFileContent timeout 15s → 30s (rules out slow runner)
  • On failure: dump InstallDir + .bak state (existence, version.txt, marker content)
  • Throws with diagnostic content in the assertion message

Once the next Linux runner pass shows the diagnostic, root cause becomes obvious.
