Summary

Establish a documentation policy: doc / architecture-comparison / review markdown goes into `CLAUDE.md` (loaded into every Claude session's memory), not standalone `docs/foo-review.md` PRs.

Adds five sections to project `CLAUDE.md` before "Development Rules":

  • Documentation Policy — the rule + carve-outs (README, single-source schema docs, migration guides may still PR normally)
  • Windows Tentacle Install Surface — 4-step generated snippet, install-info.json schema + paths, UAC elevation decision tree, em-dash hardening
  • API Key Permission Model — built-in role matrix (System Administrator deliberately not in the MachineCreate granters; pinned by test), structured 403 response shape
  • IIS Deploy Frontend Integration — action type, authority files, Bindings JSON schema, sub-feature toggles, variable reference primer
  • 1.7.x Roadmap — 5 🔴 + 5 🟡 wire-protocol gaps from the Octopus-parity review

Consolidates ~1400 lines from doc-only PRs (#327 closed, #328 closed, parts of #331 that landed on main) into ~250 lines of high-density operational reference.

  • Build / tests untouched
