Feed mapper for Octopus import with credential omission handling

Summary

  • Added Octopus feed mapping in OctopusImportFeedMapper.cs for Docker, NuGet, Helm, and GitHub-compatible feeds into Squid CreateExternalFeedCommand / UpdateExternalFeedCommand.
  • Added feed mapping diagnostics in OctopusImportFeedMappingDiagnosticCodes.cs for omitted credentials and unsupported feed types.
  • Added focused unit coverage in OctopusImportFeedMapperTests.cs covering supported feed types, non-sensitive properties, credential omission, GitHub-compatible URI detection, unsupported blockers, and invalid resource kind.
  • Scope was kept to OpenSpec task 4.3; confirmation orchestration and later variable/process/action mapping tasks were not changed.
  • Marked OpenSpec task 4.3 complete in local progress tracking; openspec/ is ignored via .git/info/exclude.

Test plan

  • dotnet test tests/Squid.UnitTests/Squid.UnitTests.csproj --filter "FullyQualifiedName~Services.OctopusImport.Mapping" --no-restore --disable-build-servers passed: 20/20.
  • dotnet test tests/Squid.UnitTests/Squid.UnitTests.csproj --filter "FullyQualifiedName~Services.OctopusImport" --no-restore --disable-build-servers passed: 158/158.
  • git diff --check passed.
