Variable-set mapper for Octopus import

Summary

  • Implemented Octopus variable-set mapping into existing Squid CreateVariableSetCommand and UpdateVariableSetCommand.
  • Added variable mapping for prompt metadata, variable types, sort order, sensitive value omission, and scoped ID remapping through OctopusImportIdMap.
  • Added diagnostics for missing project/scope mappings, unsupported owner types, unsupported variable types, omitted prompt display settings, and omitted sensitive values.
  • Added focused unit tests in OctopusImportVariableMapperTests.
  • Marked OpenSpec task 4.4 complete in local progress tracking.
  • Scope intentionally excludes 4.5 deployment-process/step mapping and 4.6 variable-reference validation.

Test plan

  • Ran dotnet test tests/Squid.UnitTests/Squid.UnitTests.csproj --filter "FullyQualifiedName~Services.OctopusImport.Mapping" --no-restore --disable-build-servers: passed 33/33.
  • Ran dotnet test tests/Squid.UnitTests/Squid.UnitTests.csproj --filter "FullyQualifiedName~Services.OctopusImport" --no-restore --disable-build-servers: passed 171/171.
  • Ran git diff --check: passed.
