Deployment process mapper for Octopus import

Placeholder MINDY.L requested to merge feature/octopus-import-process-step-mapping into feature/squid-import-project

Summary

  • Implemented OctopusImportDeploymentProcessMapper for mapping current Octopus deployment processes into ordered Squid CreateDeploymentStepCommand entries.
  • Added mapping for step conditions, start triggers, package requirements, target roles, run-on-server flags, action environment/channel scopes, and excluded environments.
  • Added diagnostics for missing process/environment/channel mappings, unsupported tenant tags, worker pools, variable-scoped targeting, per-action conditions, unsupported action types, and deferred action-specific property mapping.
  • Added focused unit tests for process/step mapping behavior and blocker/warning cases.
  • Marked OpenSpec task 4.5 complete in local progress tracking.
  • Scope intentionally leaves detailed ActionType property translation to 5.x tasks and variable-reference validation to 4.6.

Test plan

  • Ran dotnet test tests/Squid.UnitTests/Squid.UnitTests.csproj --filter "FullyQualifiedName~Services.OctopusImport.Mapping" --no-restore --disable-build-servers: passed 40/40.
  • Ran dotnet test tests/Squid.UnitTests/Squid.UnitTests.csproj --filter "FullyQualifiedName~Services.OctopusImport" --no-restore --disable-build-servers: passed 178/178.
  • Ran git diff --check: passed.
