Kubernetes action mappers for Containers and Ingress

Summary

  • Implemented Kubernetes import action mapping for 5.2/5.3: Containers and Ingress; not implemented for 5.4-5.8.

  • Added Kubernetes mappers and shared helpers: Octopus.KubernetesDeployContainers, Octopus.KubernetesDeployIngress, embedded JSON normalization, feed ID resolution, and diagnostics.

  • Updated OctopusImportDeploymentProcessMapper.cs to allow supported action types to use the 5.1 registry; no changes were made to the public contract.

  • Added/updated unit test coverage for mapper behavior and process mapper registry delegation.

  • The SESSION_MEMORY.md file for this worktree has been updated; since the current worktree does not have openspec/, the OpenSpec task files for adjacent worktrees have not been modified.

  • AGENTS.md is an untracked file and has not been modified by me.

Test plan

  • dotnet test tests/Squid.UnitTests/Squid.UnitTests.csproj --filter "FullyQualifiedName~Services.OctopusImport" --no-restore --disable-build-servers --verbosity minimal：192 passed, 0 failed。
