Transaction executor with scoped context for import commits

Summary

  • Added scoped IOctopusImportTransactionExecutor over the existing repository transaction and IUnitOfWork save pipeline.
  • Added immutable OctopusImportTransactionContext with session, space, start time, and optional isolation level.
