End-to-end fixture tests with Next Chat export dataset

Summary

  • Added NextChatExportFixtureTests to run a redacted in-memory projection of the Next Chat Export dataset through extraction, manifest inventory, graph building, dependency planning, preview planning, deployment-process mapping, and preview validation.
  • The fixture preserves the observed shape of the source export: 1 project, 3 environments, 1 lifecycle, 1 feed, 1 current process with 3 steps, 44 current variables, plus historical release/deployment/server-task/snapshot counts; it also checks the missing aws-eks-us role diagnostic and zero secret leakage in preview/validation output.
  • No production code changed.
